Coleman Building
Coleman Hall is the home of the Coleman Center for Early Learning and Family Enrichment, which serves children ages six weeks to 4 years old. The mission of the Coleman Center is to establish a place where children will be encouraged to engage in developmentally appropriate learning through play while incorporating nature-based learning. While offering nurture and instruction to children, the center also gives Â鶹ÍøÕ¾Áбí students and teacher candidates valuable experience working alongside certified teachers in classroom settings.
IDEA Bank
The IDEA Bank, located in the former Regions Bank building on Troy’s historic downtown Square, is the home of the Sorrell College of Business’ Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ÁбíBank and Trust Entrepreneurship Program and houses the Small Business Development Center. It’s concept is to provide a collaborative environment where student entrepreneurial spirit can be cultivated and supported by faculty, fellow students and community mentors. It’s mission is to provide students first-hand knowledge of business, capitalism and entrepreneurship – all key areas future business leaders need to know. The facility also supports established and start-up small businesses through the program, planning and technical assistance provided through TROY’s SBDC.
